The goals of the summer program were to foster positive attitudes toward learning, and help students develop self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning skills needed to create new opportunities.

The WRAP students pursued their own interests and designed their own creations, using professional software such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Front Page, Internet Research, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
