Hello. I am looking to purchase a new home in the aurora or newmarket area. Does anyone know of any builders who may be building new homes in these areas? I’d greatly appreciate any info, thanks!

These are some developments from Newmarket, you can look into them if you like. I’m a Realtor from the GTA, I work with a team of experienced Realtors. Helping our clients make educated, prudent decisions while protecting their best interest is what we do, if you need any help searching, feel free to contact me through yahoo, and we can go from there.
I’m trying to find homes for rent by owner in the Fort Worth area. This seems to be a lot harder than I thought. I’ve tried goolge and craigslist. Anyone know of a reliable site?
Web sites might be a good place to find an apartment or house to rent, if you want to go through the entire list to find one in your state and then city.
The best place to look for places to rent is to go to the yellow pages of your telephone book, look under property managers.
These individuals list properties for rent in certain areas, so make sure you select the areas in which you wish to rent.
Call several of the property managers listed there, tell them you want a list of properties that they have for rent. Some will fax, email or mail the list of local places to rent along with the address, number of bedrooms and bath rooms, amenities available, such as washer and dryers or gyms, the monthly rental of the unit. Most will include a rental application. These list will include the monthly rental required, if a lease or month to month agreement will be signed. They will also indicate if they will accept Section 8 vouchers. They will also indicate it they have disabled access, allow pets and if so the type allowed.
They might indicate a web site that you might visit to get their list of places to rent. It does not cost to get a rental list from a reputable property manager.
Some will require you to stop by their office and pick up the list. A lot of them post their list outside so the list are available 24/7 365.
Make sure you don’t fall for the scams and purchase a list as 70%-80% of these list are composed of free list they have compiled. They are not the property managers of any property in most instances.
You might also google Property managers in whatever city or community you want to live in and see what comes up. Again do not pay for this information as it is free from reliable property managers.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

I am planning to build a big home with Metricon builders, Are they reliable builders? Should I build a big home with Metricon or not? If not what would be the reason?
They are reasonably good quality and not to slow for going over handover date but they are bloody expensive there are much better and less expensive builders out there. Try some smaller companies who can give you more personal service for a better price (and are much less punitive for any variations you may want). The best thing you can do is talk to a customer of any builder who has lived in the house for at least 12 months. You can grantee they will be brutally honest about their experiences.
My husband and I are looking to buy a home and we want to start our search with new built homes, but not sure what building company we should be looking at for best quality. Any suggestions whom we should be looking at?
Lennar Homes. I’ve looked at many different home builders recently and have decided Lennar Homes will be building my new home soon. Good luck in your search.
I am looking for the home builder named Levi but I do not know the name of his company or how to reach him. Anyone know him or have suggestions for how to find the name of his business? Thank you.
SoI’m not sure if we can solveyour question with the info
you are letting us know. You should try to
explain a little more so that I can tell with more confidence. Just a thought!
It would be nice from you to do that
I have a home new construction in the Shorewood Il area. All Custom, lots of crown, 20 ft ceilings, combination of stained and painted trim and doors, coffered ceilings. What might be an approx. cost to paint the interior.
A custom home should be painted to your colours..talk to your builder..custom is not left in builder’s beige, that is why you are paying to have a custom home built.
assume there is a simultaneous decreases in the incomes of people in the market for new homes and decreases in the wages paid to carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. All else constant,we can predict, with certainty, that in the market for new homes the equilibrium. did not match with any Web results. what is the answer a.quantity of new homes will decrease.
b.price of new home will increase c. price of new homes will decrease d. quantity of new homes will increase
The answer is A. people have less in come to buy a new home, and give up American dream.
Besides Winnebago. I mean, very high-end, exclusive, luxury motorhomes. Customizable.

And which is considered better? What could be possible problems with these homes compared to a standard home?
Construction.
Manufactured and modular are both constructed exactly the same. In a factory, under controlled environment, and in "modules". There’s no difference there
Manufactured are made according to Federal HUD codes, and modulars are constructed to State codes.
There are no problems with either. It depends on whether your locale allows manufactured, and whether you have your own property, or not.
If anything, "modulars" are built better than stick built. They have to be able to travel down roads at 65-70 miles an hour, and not sustain damage. Interior finishings are what YOU choose.
Personal choice
I live in Southern California, I am considering buying a modular home. Does anybody know who makes a good quality home?
And it will be helpful to know what the extra cost will be as well i.e laying foundation, septic or sewer hook ups? Is this also included when financing?
We also live in Southern California and if we were building a modular home again, we would look closely at http://www.guerdonhomes.com/ (one built in our neighborhood just after our Champion Genesis was "built") and http://www.barvistahomes.com/
I would stay away from any Champion Genesis Redman modular home under any circumstance.
See http://championgenesismodularhomes.com/ for all the details & dollars regarding why we would not pick a Champion Genesis modular home ever again, along with comments from other sorrowful buyers.
