thats just it, perfectly good houses, riped to the ground, still money is how these people run, they say front up the money to save it or shut up, same thing happened to an old highschool still solid as a rock, and a historical gym its roof needed fixed but it was in a book of historical indiana gyms. still this is our disposable cultuer they get rid of it once it dont suite their needs. and with all the wether damage that would occure to the houses they would problably tear them down anyway.

Get real – this has happened before in Texas during the last oil bust. Banks tore down homes to write off the full amount and reduce costs on taxes & liability rather than sit on it for a year.
The issue is not ‘bailout banks’, the issue is why bail them out? Why is the gov telling banks to make bad loans? Why have a tax code the encourages this? Why have an unlimited tort system that holds owners responsible for the consequences of another illegal or stupid action?
