I will be interviewing with Grand Homes about a sales position, I cant find any information about selling new homes as a sort of leasing agent, but not a realtor. What is the usual pay structure, is it salary plus commission, commission, draws or what? I would like to know before I commit to an interview, which I may have to do either way.

new homes here. I earn 2% on each sale, plus 48,000 base income. I have no expenses, builder pays everything, including marketing,etc.
I had 48 sales with an average sales price of 412,000.
