Is there a law in Pennsylvania that states new home builders must provide a 1 year warranty to the purchaser?

As a sweetner most new home builders provide a warranty….but remember the test in the law….for those with out warranty–is that any REASONABLE person should be able to expect..the home sold to be for its intended purposes–even if years later..material defects are discovered;contact you ATTorney General…if in doubt ,,or FRAUD is suspected!
