Also, it’s going to be ENERGY STAR rated, so our customers can laugh about “losing” the other house two doors down every month when they look at their lower utility bills. This is a great example of applying creativity to achieve your goals in home ownership, and coming out ahead in the end.

I thought it was going to be a mobile home with wheels put next to that first house you guys lost out on just for spite.
