do modular homes built in 1994 have flameldahide in them?

If you mean formaldehyde, yes. It was a common ingredient in the preservative used in paneling, insulation and carpeting in manufactured housing. And, may still be used. in some brands of insulation

The Mfgr. was required to post a notice in the home,regarding eye irritation, etc. and part of that notice suggested ways to minimize exposure.

The notice was usually inside a kitchen cabinet, with the insulation specs.
