Sorry this is cheap vinyl american style built cheap house even though it’s brand new. The grounds are beautiful but house construction is good but luxury means stone or brick.

looks like a really nice place,, but for such an elaborate layout, the kitchen is really lacking,, its usable, and probably much better than the majority of kitchens in all SE Asia,, but I like my American style gourmet kitchens and a house with all the feautures as this one has it deserves an American style kitchen,, they are the best
