I think I’d rather … I think I’d rather build on rather than pay 38-54k. It may take awhile to build with my lack of skill with construction seeing as it took my whole family of 4 about a month to build a 10′ x 16′ shed from menards to build.

An Epu may be too small for this but have you ever thought of putting a small walk-in tub in a Lusby, Tarleton or Fencl? (I think they are also called safety tubs or Premier Care tubs.)You might be able to do it with an Epu or Weebee, if you switch the toilet and shower around but I don’t know what the plumbing is like…
