She is thinking of cleaning homes, only working 2-3 days per week and maybe 2 homes per day. Anyone know the average charge for cleaning a home? what about in the Tennesse area?
The cleaning lady our family uses charges a larger first time fee because it is usually really gross the first time and then after that she charges $10/hour for weekly visits, I live in Oklahoma so our wages are pretty low here, you might want to charge more depending on the economy in your state.

It all depends on the area. She should call the cleaning companies or anyone else that does this part time in your neighborhood, then she should set the price in comparison with what she finds out. No brainer!
