I own my own business and I had a full time employee quit his job because he realized he had six more weeks of unemployment he could take from his previous employer do to the extensions. So he quit..to sit on his ass. This Atlas is ready to shrug.
I happen to be semi … I happen to be semi retired although hubby is not. I went into a dream business and well that dream became a nightmare. I now have employees and debt that has to be repaid. I am a small biz person (less then 1 mil a year)
I am trying to sell it but of course what I paid for it is no where near what anyone is willing to pay for it now.
If I could get out of dodge right now I would.. life isn’t that easy.

While Lobbyist are that… the president could have taken that part off the bill. He didn’t.
He could have sent it back with a provision that certain amount of jobs had to be created over a limited time. He didn’t.
For that matter our representative could have done a better job and they didn’t.
The MSM could have done a 30 second sound bite on that part of the bill…but instead there was no mention.
