		<description>I would be concerned about the heating supply ducts and returns. Probably this area is located at some distance from the furnace and  the air is not circulated quickly enough.  Consider adding a baseboard heater for more warmth,,cooling is another issue.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>Is this a new or existing house? if it is a newly built home then it is up to the company that built the house if it is an existing one then you have to find a contractor to do the work.
You shouldn&#039;t need a  lawyer though if it is still under warranty then call them up and raise h*ll that should get it taken care of.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hubby is a punch carpenter for a home builder and deals with exactly this type of situation</description>
