No,no,no,no,no,no …
No,no,no,no,no,no They’re pushing us to buy a home that is worth $50,000 For $85,000 also the real state investor don’t give a chance to get take advantage of “this deals” This is a trap people you don’t have to be too smart to understand what’s going on. Take you time don’t rush just to get that so call “tax credit relief” you will regret it later

I got my tax credit …
I got my tax credit and it took about 5 months to get it. I’ve been working in America for the last decade paying my taxes every year so basically, I get a few years of my tax money back. Yay! Getting the tax credit was a good push to get a house sooner rather than later also coupled with the crazy good deals around it was a no brainer. And of course, now we pay property tax so in the end I’ll give the money back, but for now it definitely helps with the stability of our finances.

Of course….but …
Of course….but getting that 8,000 tax credit….dream on. I have been waiting since the middle of Jan. for my “Home Buyer Tax Credit”. My husband and I didn’t run out and buy a home because of this….it just sort of happened for us at the right time last year. But, don’t do it just for that incentive….because it will take forever to get.

I agree.. house …
I agree.. house prices have dropped, but only a little and only in certain areas.. Consider that we are coming off of the biggest housing bubble the world has ever seen and comparing todays prices to 05 07 prices..well prices in alot of areas are still stupidly high.

while I will agree …
while I will agree that prices were inflated between 2005-2007, they have dropped in most areas of the country to 2000 year prices in 2009 and now. This is a perfect time to take advantage of low housing prices, low interest rates plus the tax credit!

My wife and I are …
My wife and I are waiting for the tax credit to end before we buy and interest rates to go up.. We would rather pay a high rate for an affordable house ..than pay a artificially low rate for an inflated house price..END Fannie and Freddie..and the FED NOW!! It should not take a BRIBE in the form of tax payers money to buy a house.

The tax credit is a …
The tax credit is a great gift for the real estate industry. It gets people out there to buy and sell, generating commissions. Congratulations, you’re milking billions from taxpayers and pushing people into houses they either a) were going to buy without the credit or b) couldn’t afford. Just disgusting.
