I want to design and remodel residential homes, what job is right for me?

I’m in the school of architecture right now but there are a ton of different career paths to go. Would I best be suited as a contractor, architect, construction business owner etc. What are your thoughts just based on the fact that I want to design custom homes and remodeling.

When can i let the baby rabbits go to new homes?

My rabbit had babies on wendsday morning and i would like to know a time frame when i will be able to let the baby rabbits go to new homes?

Ideally no sooner than 12 weeks. They wean from 6-7 weeks but need time to settle and get used to eating proper food, it takes time for their gut to get used to eating food to. They should not go to new homes before 8 weeks.

How will I know when my kittens are ready for their new homes?

I originally always believed 6 weeks was when kittens were ready to go to their new forever homes, but lately I have been hearing that 8-12 weeks may be best. One lady who is taking one of the kittens seems to believe it is better for the kitten and her bonding for it to be given to her at 6 weeks or sooner, but I thought it was the opposite…Can someone help me out???

6 weeks is typically the earliest that they can be given away, but some experts recommend around 7 or 8 weeks because at that age, the kitten becomes less dependent on it’s mother. I had a puppy once at 5 weeks, and that was way too soon. We allowed her to go back to her mother for a few weeks (friends with the breeder) and she was more socialized and independent a few weeks later. Technically, the kittens can go at 6 weeks, but from experience, I would wait at least until 8 or 9.

Westchester?
Long Island?
Jersey?
Connecticut?

If you want suburbs in New York City then you can find plenty of rich and quiet suburbs in Queens. They include Bayside, Douglaston, Whitestone, and Little Neck. All are rich suburbs with huge homes. If you want to go out of NYC then try Westchester, it’s not part of New York City but it is close to it. Or if you love to pay huge taxes, then go to Long Island, like in Great Neck. Have fun with taxes!

How do you go about accessing foreclosed homes before they go on the market?

I am an investor and have been helping people get into homes. I basically help them fix their credit then I purchase foreclosed homes fix them up, then sell them back to my clients. I’ve done well for myself and can easily purchase 4 or 5 homes at once but I’d like to get to the point where I can go directly to a bank and purchase newly listed foreclosures. Not the ones that have been sitting for 5 years then finally go on the market.

Go to the auctions, that is how I am buying now. Or at least trying. It is really cut throat

Try craigslist or birdmart or ebay classifieds/kijiji they are sites on the internet post an ad in your area people are always looking for pets charge a reasonable fee or contact a bird rescue in your area

I am wondering why people have such a negative stereotype about modular homes. I have been a modular home builder for MANY years all over the East Coast, and I have found that the process is easier, the quality is better, and there is a significant cost savings.

What are your opinions about modular homes?

I am not talking about mobile homes or manufactured homes….

Modular homes are designed in such a way that the furniture and other items are adjusted and does not take much space. In modular homes, there is place for every type of item that is to be used in house.
