From my younger days I would have loved to have a fixed bar at about 61/2 ft high that I could do pull-ups and other exercises on, or if that's not possible, a ceiling hook from which I could have had a punch bag fitted.
References :
How fab. Good that your parents are asking for your opinion. My choice(s) would be - lots of natural light, good, controllable heating (maybe underfloor), your own bathroom (will need cleaning by you though!) and accessible electric sockets.
Lucky you - hope you appreciate. (I'm 60 by the way and my parents only got central heating once I left home - lol)
References :
I found some nine builders/constuctors already on the first page on the bing search below. Also since you did not categorize correctly, your question went to Mexico.
References :
http://www.bing.com/search?q=home+builders+construction+roswell+carlsbad+artesia+New+Mexico&form=MSNH14&qs=n&sk=&x=105&y=30

I've taken the time to view your site, as well as the site of the NMHC. Where I live (Wisconsin), the only 'modular homes' we see are those which are towed down the highway in two pieces (front half and back half), with the two halves placed together and joined 'on site'. For the most part, those models are of inferior quality. They are also difficult to finance because their subframe structures are steel, and you can see where the axles were attached. Lenders run from those products like wildfire.

I viewed the type of product which I think YOU are offering, and I have no issue with structures built with various 'modules' being trucked to site and properly assembled. When those products are completed, it is difficult to discern whether they were built in modules, or 'stick built' on site. Only a qualified person could tell the difference by some subtle hints looking from a basement view.

I further checked possible dealers in my area, and found that ALL of them are basically mobile home dealers. Most people looking for a modular home as you offer aren't going to visit a mobile home dealer to find a house.

My take on this issue ? NMHC needs to do a FAR better job of membership selection, as well as somehow differentiating the categories of various dealerships.
References :
Decades in home construction and real estate brokerage.

Hi,
Modular homes are designed in such a way that the furniture and other items are adjusted and does not take much space. In modular homes, there is place for every type of item that is to be used in house.
References :
For more information about Chicago Corporate Apartments, feel free to visit: http://www.renthererealty.com/
