My rabbit had babies on wendsday morning and i would like to know a time frame when i will be able to let the baby rabbits go to new homes?

Ideally no sooner than 12 weeks. They wean from 6-7 weeks but need time to settle and get used to eating proper food, it takes time for their gut to get used to eating food to. They should not go to new homes before 8 weeks.

How will I know when my kittens are ready for their new homes?

I originally always believed 6 weeks was when kittens were ready to go to their new forever homes, but lately I have been hearing that 8-12 weeks may be best. One lady who is taking one of the kittens seems to believe it is better for the kitten and her bonding for it to be given to her at 6 weeks or sooner, but I thought it was the opposite…Can someone help me out???

6 weeks is typically the earliest that they can be given away, but some experts recommend around 7 or 8 weeks because at that age, the kitten becomes less dependent on it’s mother. I had a puppy once at 5 weeks, and that was way too soon. We allowed her to go back to her mother for a few weeks (friends with the breeder) and she was more socialized and independent a few weeks later. Technically, the kittens can go at 6 weeks, but from experience, I would wait at least until 8 or 9.

What are some advantages of tearing down a forest to make new homes?

Posted by admin on October 6th, 2011 and filed under new homes | 5 Comments »

I’ve already got jobs and new homes but i need one more advantage, thanks

Cutting all trees facilitates site preparation to control pests and competing vegetation, improve seedbeds, and ameliorate soil deficiencies (for example, by cultivation, drainage, or fertilization).

When applied systematically across a forest ownership, clearcutting creates well-defined age classes in distinct stands, simplifying the management for evenflow sustained yield from a forest.

At what age can Syrian baby hamsters go to new homes?

Posted by admin on April 9th, 2011 and filed under new homes | 1 Comment »

As you can see I am new to hamster breeding. I thought syrian hamsters had to live with their siblings until they were 5 to 6 weeks. I have new homes for all the babies do I have to speparate them at 4 weeks old?
ANy advice gratefully received

I bought my baby syrian hamsters when they were 4 weeks old (they are in separate cages, because they will start to either mate or challenge each other for dominance.) I believe they are fine to be separated and go to good homes at 3.5-4 weeks old.

Can I buy a new home while my old homes mortgage is being modified?

Posted by admin on April 7th, 2011 and filed under new homes | 4 Comments »

I have a home that is now being rented out. Currently I am trying to get the mortgage modified. I am current on all my payments and want to buy a new home. Can I do this or do I have to wait til my loan modification is complete?
No I have never been behind or missed a payment on my current home loan. I have been renting it out for the past 6 months and I make enough money to cover both mortgages without the rental income.

I would wait until the modification is completed before applying for a new loan for another property.

If the modifying company does a credit check and see any new mortgage or new mortgage company inquiry they will probably refuse to grant your modification.

Obviously you don’t financially need a modification.

Why does personal consumption expenditures exclude the purchases of new homes?

Posted by admin on April 4th, 2011 and filed under new homes | 1 Comment »

In the expenditure approach of calculating GDP it says that the purchases of new homes are not counted in the personal consumption category. Why is this?

Houses aren’t consumed. THey hold their value, appreciate, and are sold again in the market. Generally, things that are resold are not included in consumption. Otherwise, the same house could contribute to consumption each time it is sold, even though only one house was produced.

If the same house was sold 6 times in one year (exaggeration, I know), then its value would be reflected six time over in GDP, which would overstate consumption, since it is only one house and not worth 6 times its price.
