“Finding Hope” – A Film for the Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL) and SPCA. By Lori Brown. Edited by Bryan Scott Gordon.
Presented April 28th at the 2007 AAWL & SPCA Annual Evening to Paws Black Tie event at Scottsdale Hilton Resort and Villas in Arizona.
The AAWL was founded in 1971 and has grown to become the largest full service animal welfare organization for dogs and cats in Arizona. “An Evening to Paws” raised approximately $250,000. These proceeds will go directly to the caretaking of homeless dogs and cats and the many other programs that the AAWL provides to the community, including our veterinary clinic, educational programs, and pet behavior training.
In the past four years, “An Evening to Paws” attendees have generously contributed more than a million dollars to the AAWL, allowing us to find loving homes for thousands of dogs and cats each year.

I want to find a list of foreclosed homes in my region for free.
The foreclosure sites are notoriously inaccurate, do not waste your money. I have a client that subscribes to one, she routinely wants to look at houses that are not even bank owned yet, or they have not been updated and have long ago been sold.

I have a littler of adorable kittens that I rescued and they’ll be ready to find new homes in a little while (mid-June). What is the best way of finding GOOD homes? Suggestions are appreciated.
Aww… I love cats. I have two, they are named Diana (named after the princess who died…RIP) & Neytiri. In answer to your question you could give the cats to a rspca or another rescue home. They are sure to find perfect homes for them. Good Luck. =]

Hi there,
Are you or a member of your family thinking about buying a retirement home?
Well if so, then BEWARE! There are many hidden traps and charges for the unwary buyer.
You know it seems like everyone I meet has a horror story about a friend or relative that has been ripped off by a retirement village somewhere. This is mainly because of the complexity of retirement home purchase contracts, which typically don’t even give you the freehold title to the property! Furthermore, they contain lots of hidden fees and charges. Did you know for example, that most retirement home purchase contracts oblige you to give away half or all of your capital gain to the village owner when you sell?
My name is Richard Andrews, and its my mission to help you get the best deal possible on your retirement home purchase.
My company, Find My Retirement Home, is an independent advisor and buyer’s agent that specialises in retirement homes. We can do all of the time-consuming research and analysing of the contracts, and then go and negotiate the purchase on your behalf, making sure you get the best deal possible on your retirement home.
We are completely independent and take no kick-backs or commissions from retirement villages, so you can be absolutely sure that our work and advice is entirely in your best interests.
You know it’s likely that you’re going to spend several hundred thousand dollars on your retirement home purchase. With this sort of money on the line, it is vital that you choose the right village for you and get the best deal you possibly can by talking to the experts at Find My Retirement Home.
Don’t become another horror story — call us today on 1300 425 442. That’s 1300 425 442.
We’d be happy to have a chat with you. Oh, and don’t forget to ask about our 100% money back guarantee.
