Where can I advertise my custom home builders website online? (I want smart places to adversite)?

Posted by admin on May 11th, 2010 and filed under custom homes | 3 Comments »

I work for a custom home company and am looking for places to advertise the website online. Where are some channels to utilize? The business is located in Austin, TX. We build custom homes in the 2-5 million range. Where can I put up advertisments/ banners? Thanks so much for the help

Your best form of advertising is through your local Parade of Homes or home tours. If you you are a member of your local Home Builders Association take advantage of any public advertising they support eg banner on their website, home shows, newsletters etc…

Is it possible to build a custom home (about1500sq ft) for under 100K using green materials and concrete?

Posted by admin on April 26th, 2010 and filed under custom homes | 2 Comments »

Is it possible to build the foundation wall of concrete instead of a wood frame. And use recycled or used materials?

I agree with what Rh said however it would also depend on where you are building it? If your plan is to go green then I would also install a geothermal system. Not only will it save money after it is built but you will get tax credits for it.
