Eligibility for services is limited to youth (ages 14 through 21) living in the Upper Passaic County area (West Milford, Ringwood, Wanaque, Haskell, Pompton Lakes, Wayne, Bloomingdale, Oakridge, Hewitt and Newfoundland).

Services will be provided to youth who are in school: living in a low-income household (based on the 70% lower living standard income level), and who fulfill one or more of the following criteria: basic skills deficient; homeless, runaway or foster child; pregnant or parenting; offender; and/or living in a household receiving public assistance.
