I would like to have some tips on searching for some good luxury home … would appreciate if anyone could pass on relevant information on luxury homes and point me to some place which could be on sale

It is a buyers market. If it seems like it is out of your price range, don’t be afraid to make a lower offer. People are desperate to sell these homes.

What Real Estate field do I need to go into if I wanted to sell Luxury type homes?

I live in Atlanta so if you know any schools or training programs to refer me too as well then that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time!

No school or such will prepare you for being a success in real estate. The school is strictly to help you get your license.

You would need to work for a company that does the type of real estate that you intend to do. You would learn how to do it by working with them.

A first you might work as an assistant for another agent at very little money just so you can learn how to do this.

Can you find homes for sale in Pittsburgh on Realtor.com?

I am just curious… I have been trying for several days to find listings of homes for sale in Pittsburgh, PA, but the site says there are only 30 or so homes for sale. I know there are thousands. When I search other cities, the site is fine. I am not changing any search options. If you try to search for Pittsburgh, are you coming up with a small #, or the full list? Thanks.

What Areas/ streets in Downtown Toronto, Ontario are bad?

Posted by admin on January 11th, 2011 and filed under bloor homes | 3 Comments »

Okay so I’m a white 19 year old girl from Sudbury, Ontario, and I just moved to Downtown Toronto, Ontario. I am trying to find a part time job, but I’m worried about what areas are bad to walk home in the dark….My residence is near Gerrard and Church st… and yea i was just wondering if anyone could let me know of what streets not to give out resumes on.

Please only serious answers from people who live or used to live in Toronto.Oh and I’m not going further up North from Bloor st W and no further length ways than Bathurst st(WEST side) and Jarvis St(EAST side)

Basically, east of downtown. Everything west of Yonge is fine, and between Yonge and Jarvis, it’s less so. (south of King is OK, north of Carleton is OK). It might be wise to avoid the Entertainment district (between King and Queen, west of University to Bathurst or so) as it can get pretty rowdy on Friday nights. Don’t bother in Chinatown (Spadina) as they won’t hire you but even if they did there are some pretty blatant violations of labour laws there.

Go look at like shops at the Eaton Centre or in the PATH, or along Bloor or Queen. If it’s comfortable and busy during the day you’ll be fine.

Where you live is actually one of the sketchier parts of downtown, so if you’re ok walking at night there you’re pretty fine anywhere.

Any nice coffee shops in Toronto that are ideal for studying?

Posted by admin on January 9th, 2011 and filed under bloor homes | 3 Comments »

I hate studying @ libraries. I feel dead. I much prefer coffee shops, some place that isn’t too too busy though. Anything within a 5km vicinity of yonge and bloor.

Ideally, it would have free wi-fi.

And, are there any 24 hour coffee shops? SOmetimes I like to study at night, and I can’t do it at home.

Thanks.

Posted by admin on January 6th, 2011 and filed under modular homes | 4 Comments »

Can you move a modular home the way you can move a mobile home?

taxed like a regular stick built house, not like a mobile home.

basically, they can’t be moved.

Who are the Christian African American New Home Builders in Indianapolis, Indiana?

Posted by admin on January 4th, 2011 and filed under new home builders | 1 Comment »

BBB ACCREDITED
BBB Accreditation
This is about business, not race. They can be green as long as they are Christian and African American
IN JESUS NAME+

Now if a white person were to say .."Who are the Christian WHITE new home builders in… " we would be called racist.

LOL
