No. Manufacturers are federally controlled and inspected.
If you want one custom built, all you do is go to any manufactured home sales area and design it, within certain parameters, order it, and it is built by the manufactured home factory

In TX you can sell New homes without a license and was wondering if that was the same for Oklahoma or not?

All states require a license to sell real estate with the general exclusion being the sale of property which you personally own.. Typically, if you receive compensation for the action then you require a license.
Some states allow you to work for a homebuilder and exclusively sell new homes as an "employee" as the builder is deemed to be selling his own property but that is somewhat a gray area and in Oklahoma there is no such exemption specifically provided in the law.
Well i got an iPod Touch earlier and my friend said if i update to iOS 4.1 i can adda custom backround and told me about the other new features,
So i went to download the update in iTunes and i sont see how to add it.

You can’t…only the 3rd gen 32gb and 64gb and 4th gen models can do that. BTW I am a 2nd gen ipod touch owner too…but you will love the new game center app!
