I do plan to hire a realtor but I’m looking to hear what people have to say about their personal experiences with buying a new home. Buyer realtors sometimes bs their customers too to get that commision from the builders. That happened to a friend of mine.
A buyer’s agent in your market is likely going to know much more about this than any of us. Your buyer’s agent is your advocate, making sure that the seller abides by local laws, and that all inspections and repairs are completed within the terms of your contract – and all of this (normally) comes at the seller’s expense. Don’t ever trust the listing agent to take care of you.

How many homes will my pool service?
Our developer is planning on expanding our subdivision. I would like to know how many homes our Jr. Olympic pool will take care of. I don’t want him to crowd the pool.
